Dessert Sushi

Sitting down one evening and chatting with my sister and her boyfriend, the discussion turned to food. I still have no idea how this came about, but the concept of a dessert sushi came up... Naturally, being the sweet-toothed Americans we are, we had to give it a shot. Here's what we came up with.
Left side is what would normally be used in Sushi... Right side is what we came up with for Dessert Sushi! You heard it here first!

Rice -> Rice Krispies
Seaweed wrapping -> Green Fruit Rolls
Cucumber -> Mango
Fish -> Strawberries
Soy Sauce - > Chocolate Sauce
Chili Oil -> Strawberry Glaze

Amusingly, the fruit seems to really balance out the flavor of this fun-to-make treat.

Any suggestions for other toppings or fillings?
